Conference and Workshop Registration

A single registration fee will allow participation in both events. It will cover conference materials (books of abstracts), coffee breaks, and social events. Lunches will not be covered.

Cancellation policy

Refund of a conference fee, less an administrative fee of 80 EUR, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than September 10, 2004. Registrants canceling on September 11, 2004 or later will not be entitled to a refund.

Accommodation and Airport Transfer Reservation

Accommodation and airport transfer reservation can be arranged via Albatros agency. Please print one of the following documents (AccForm.doc or AccForm.pdf), fill it in, and send it by fax to +386 4 5780 355.

Travel

Information on visa requirements for traveling to Slovenia is available on the web page of Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If you need an invitation letter please send an email to ecemeaml@ijs.si. The email should contain the following information about you: Name/First Name, Date/Place of birth, Position, Institution, Address, Country, Passport number, Accommodation details and Travel details (arrival/departure). Please allow at least two weeks for preparation of the letter of invitation.

Student Bursaries

The registration fee for students is the same as for regular participants. However, 9 full and 7 partial student bursaries consisting of a registration fee waiver were granted courtesy of ISEM, The International Society for Ecological Modeling.
