Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Planned time for an oral presentation is 25 minutes, including introduction and discussion, so please prepare your talks accordingly (upper limit of 20 min is recommended).

Standard equipment will be placed in the presentation hall:

• MS Windows based computer with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader,
• LCD/data projector with cables,
• overhead projector,
• one screen.

MS PowerPoint presentations and presentations in pdf format will be supported.

Please make your presence known to the chair before your session starts and be present during the entire session in which your presentation is scheduled.

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations should be designed within dimensions: 1,00m(0,95m - width) x 2,00m(1,90m - height).
