CONCLUSIONS

• A rapid increase in the number of ILP applications
• Several of these have generated useful new knowledge,

especially in the domains of molecular biology
• In several domains, ILP clearly outperforms propositional learners
• Ability to use multiple relations and domain knowledge
• An increasingly applicable tool for KDD
