BIOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION OF RIVER WATER QUALITY

Given a list of biological indicators present at a sampling site
(families of macro-benthic invertebrates) and their abundance levels
Classify the sample into one of five classes B1a, B1b, B2, B3, B4

Examples: 300 samples from the upper Trent catchment (British Midlands), classified by expert river ecologist
