An Industrial Day, co-located with ICML-99, will be organized on June 29. ICML-99 participants will have free access to lectures at this event.

ICML-99 Workshops
Colocated workshop: Learning Language in Logic (LLL) will be held in parallel with ICML-99 workshops. Registration for LLL is handled by ICML-99.
The workshop Computational Intelligence and Learning has been cancelled.

Conference Location

Bled is a well-known holiday resort surrounded by Alpine mountains. It has a beautiful lake, a lovely little island in the middle of it, and a medieval castle. Clik here for a panoramic view of Bled. Bled is located in the Northwest of Slovenia, a small country with a surprising variety of natural and cultural attractions. Located in Central Europe (neighboring Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia), Slovenia is easily accessible from many European cities by car and train (e.g., from Venice, Munich, and Vienna). There are also daily flights from major European airports to the Ljubljana airport, which is just 35km from Bled.

The ICML-99 conference will take place on June 27-29 at the Convention Centre Festival Hall in Bled.
ICML-99 Workshops will take place on June 30 at Hotel Park, the conference hotel.
The Festival Hall and the Hotel Park are by the lake, a five minutes walk apart.
